Biggest Improver Challenge 2017
The Biggest Improver Challenge helps public libraries to maximize collection performance improvements by:
- Establishing key goals and performance indicators,
- Identifying the collectionHQ tools that will help to meet those goals,
- Developing a performance improvement Action Plan.
Each participant is paired with a collectionHQ Account Manager who helps to define goals and provide support throughout the Challenge.
