ESP was identified by Deanna Rabago Lechman, Library Collections/Technical Services Manager, as the tool that would provide meaningful data to support a more informed selection process. Deanna commented: “We were primarily interested in using the distribution function to replace the one we were using in our ILS. We were also interested in ESP’s ability to rank success of titles.”
